FARMINGDALE, N.Y. (1010 WINS) — A Suffolk County man stabbed another man in a Taco Bell parking lot Thursday night.
According to police, John Davis-Hernandez confronted a 19-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman who knew him, inside the Farmingdale Taco Bell on Broadhollow Road.
Davis-Hernandez, 20, then stabbed the man in the parking lot around 7:20 p.m.
The victim was taken to Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow for non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said Davis-Hernandez surrendered to officers at his home. He was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
