NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Rep. Lauren Boebert joined former President Donald Trump to troll Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her infamous Met Gala dress with a phrase that has become a hit on conservative Twitter in recent weeks.

The Colorado-elected official donned a red dress with the message “Lets go Brandon” on the back, in an obvious nod to AOC’s “Tax the Rich” dress.

“It’s not a phrase, it’s a movement,” Boebert captioned a photo of herself in the dress on Twitter. She posed with several other conservative figures who seemed to enjoy the ribbing of their liberal foe.

The meme has become a rallying cry for Trump supporters of late, after a NASCAR reporter told TV viewers chanting “F*** Joe Biden” were actually cheering for the winning driver, Brandon Brown.

Officials representing Boebert said the picture was taken with Trump at Mar-a-Lago this week, according to Fox News.

Boebert also posed with former Trump counsel Kellyanne Conway, tweeting that the photo should "come with a trigger warning for Leftists who are scared off by strong, truth-telling women who don't back down."

The fashion statement came just after Republicans made a statement at the polls this week, picking up many key wins, including Virginia governor.

"People are sick and tired of this administration and all the destructive things they’ve done, especially to our economy, and the way that they express that right now is with ‘Let’s go, Brandon,'" said Boebert's Director of Communications Ben Stout to Fox.

"We really started having a conversation about what it means to be a working class women of color at the Met and we said, 'we can’t just play along, but we need to break the fourth wall and challenge some of the institutions,’” Ocasio-Cortez said at the star-studded event in September.
