BAYONNE, N.J. (1010 WINS) — A 39-year-old man has been charged after he allegedly caused a woman to fall while dodging his car and then hit her daughter during a road rage incident on Sunday afternoon in Bayonne.

Angel Rios, 39, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, assault by auto, endangering the welfare of a child and drug possession, according to NJ Advance.
After the incident, the victim reported to patrolling officers that Rios was allegedly behind her at a red light and repeatedly honked his horn at her.
Rios, driving a white Lexus, allegedly continued to honk at her and attempted to pass her vehicle before striking the woman’s rear bumper.
An argument ensued, and as Rios attempted to flee in his car, he allegedly intentionally drove his car at the victim, who fell while attempting to avoid being hit.
Rios then reportedly stopped his car and further argued with the victim, who told her juvenile daughter inside the car to call police.
As the girl got out of the car to call police, she was allegedly struck by Rios' car as he fled.
She complained of pain to both of her legs, but she and her mother refused medical attention.
Police eventually arrested Rios and, upon a search, found 22 pills of ecstasy (MDMA) in his possession.
