Stephen Dolan, 46, hit 16-year-old Christopher Jack Hackett with a cargo truck around 12:20 a.m. on McLean Avenue near Devoe Avenue, according to officials.

Hackett was riding his scooter the wrong direction in the eastbound lane when Dolan hit him head-on and sped off.

The teenager died in the hospital the next day.

Yonkers police used surveillance footage to identify Dolan and arrested him two days after the hit-and-run.

“Investigators believe that Dolan was consuming alcohol before the accident and was under the influence of intoxicants,” said the department in a press release.
