The Ventnor City Police Department said on Monday that Joseph M. Manzoni, 56, was charged last Wednesday with second-degree luring and enticing a child by various means.

The YouTuber went to Mazoni’s Ventnor apartment on May 22 and engaged in an argument with him after Mazoni was met by him instead of the teen, NJ.com reports.

Before the YouTuber called police, Mazoni threw the man out of his house, according to the report.

Ventnor City Police confirmed they received a report from the man about the incident.

Authorities said Manzoni had been communicating with this "subject" through an online app, which Manzoni believed to be a 15-year-old teen.

Manzoni was charged with a summons pending an appearance in Atlantic County Superior Court.
