The Cowboys are bringing back one of the key pieces to their defense.
Safety Donovan Wilson agreed to a three-year extension with Dallas worth $24 million with $13.5 million guaranteed, according to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network.
Wilson had a career year in 2022, totaling 101 tackles, five sacks, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and one interception.
The Cowboys selected Wilson in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL Draft out of Texas A&M. In 51 career games, he totaled 203 career tackles, 8.5 sacks, five forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries and three interceptions.
