ARLINGTON (105.3 The Fan) - The Dallas Cowboys have an up and coming star on their hands in the secondary in second-year corner back Trevon Diggs.
Through the first four games of the year, Diggs was sitting with five interceptions to his name, easily leading the NFL in that category, and finishing with at least one in each contest.

On Sunday, he extended that streak even more, intercepting Giants back up Mike Glennon midway through the third quarter, giving him his sixth pick of the season.
Now, Diggs isn't just leading the league in interceptions, but has more than 27 other NFL teams, and as many as two other teams full teams.
But perhaps even more impressive is that Diggs has more interceptions than the Jets, Falcons, Jaguars, Raiders, and 49ers combined.
So where does it end? Right now that is unclear, but as it stands he is on pace for 19 interceptions in 2021.
While that might not be a realistic goal for the former Alabama star, there is one goal that all the sudden seems well within reach -- the franchise interception record, where Diggs needs six more picks to pass former Dallas great Everson Walls, who holds the current record with 11.
Diggs will have 12 more games to accomplish that feat.
