DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Two former highly-drafted cornerbacks are switching places.
The Dallas Cowboys made a headline trade on Tuesday afternoon, sending former second-round pick Kelvin Joseph to the Miami Dolphins in exchange for 2020 first-round pick Noah Igbinoghene.
Igbinoghene, an Auburn product, spent three years with the Dolphins, playing in 32 games with five starts, and making 29 tackles.
Igbinoghene also had five pass deflections and one interception in his time with Miami.
Joseph ends his Cowboys career with three starts in his 26 appearances, making 36 tackles and four passes defended.
At one point, Joseph was considered a major future prospect for the Cowboys, who were in dire need of depth at the corner spot.
However, after off-of-the-field issues and inconsistencies on the field, a change in scenery could be what Joseph needs to get his career back on track.
