DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Under new GM Nico Collins, as well as new head coach Jason Kidd, the Dallas Mavericks look to be preparing to be one of the most active teams in the NBA this offseason.
Whether it is improving the roster or the front office, Mark Cuban has been extremely busy as of late, as he attempts to help take the Mavs to the next level in their progression.

On Tuesday, another way to improve that roster emerged, as reports indicated that the team is actively exploring trade scenarios for wing Josh Richardson, who is facing a player option decision in the coming days.
Bleacher Reports' Jake Fischer was first to report news.
Richardson was a massive disappointment for the Mavs this season, coming to team in exchange for Seth Curry last summer, as the team search for ways to improve their defense.
That marriage simply did not work, however, as Richardson shot a career low from three at 33-percent, and one of the worst years of his career from the field overall at 42.7-percent.
Richardson also managed just 12.1 points per game last season, his worst number since the 2016-17 season with Miami.
