For the “Win An Autographed Hardy Guitar" on-site contest, visit CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park, 861 SE Main St, Simpsonville, SC 29681 on September 13, 2025 between 4:30 p.m. ET and 6:30 p.m. ET (the "Event") and locate the 93.3 The Planet tent outside of the main entrance at CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park and locate the text contest sign containing the contest code word. Upon locating the code word, text the code word to 20357. You will have until 7:00 p.m. ET on September 13, 2025 to text the code word. There will be one unique code word. Unlimited entries per phone number. Entrants may receive a bounceback text from Station with confirmation of Contest entry, but Entrants will receive no “extra” offers, information, or message content. Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations. On or around 7:00 p.m. ET, on September 13, 2025, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries, and upon verification, will receive one (1) autographed Epiphone SG Special Satin E1 electric guitar signed by Hardy. A total of one (1) prize will be offered during this contest, furnished by Big Loud Records, valued at $250.00. The potential Winner will be notified within five (5) minutes of being selected via call or text at the phone number such Entrant provided when entering the contest. Contest Administrator is only required to send one (1) text or one (1) call. Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately at the time the Contract Administrator communicates such notification. Contest Administrator reserves the right, but not the obligation, to attempt to contact the Winner more than once via email and/or via telephone, in its sole and absolute discretion, and will not be required to attempt to contact Winner an equal number of times or in the same manner. If the potential Winner cannot be contacted, or if Contest Administrator does not receive a response from the potential Winner within fifteen (15) minutes of notification from Contest Administrator, then the Prize will be forfeited. If the potential Winner does not complete and submit all documents required by the Contest Administrator within one (1) hour of being notified of winning, then the prize will be forfeited. In the event that the Prize is forfeited, the Contest Administrator has the right, but not the obligation, in its sole discretion, to select an alternate Winner in a random drawing of all remaining eligible online entries received.
