PITTSBURGH (93.7 the Fan) The Pittsburgh Steelers have added to their coaching core with the addition of Brian Flores.

The former Miami Dolphins head coach will take over duties as the Steelers’ senior defensive assistant/linebackers coach.
Flores comes to Pittsburgh with over 14 years of coaching experience including being the Dolphins head coach for the last three seasons.
Over the past three years, Flores and the Dolphins have hit a 5-10, 10-6, and 9-8 record.
"I am excited about Brian Flores joining our coaching staff given his history of developing and teaching defensive players during his time in the NFL," Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin said. "Brian's resume speaks for itself, and I look forward to him adding his expertise to help our team."
After helping the Dolphins to two straight winning seasons, Flores was relieved of his duties in Miami last month.
A surprise singing, but one that should show positive results on the field.
