Steelers sign former Texans receiver

PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – Steelers signed a receiver to the practice squad who played with the Texans the last two seasons. Steelers are at Houston on Sunday.

Receiver Jalen Camp played in three games in 2021 and a pair in 2022 with one career catch for seven yards. Houston released Camp on cut-down day in late August. The 6’2”, 220-pounder had 48 receptions for 808 yards and five touchdowns during his college career at Georgia Tech. His final game with the Yellow Jackets was hit best, five receptions for 97 yards and a touchdown against Pitt.

Steelers released cornerback Kaion Barnes.
