Nigel Bradham joined the Eagles in 2016, staying for four seasons and winning a Super Bowl in 2017-18. The Eagles made the playoffs with Bradham at linebacker in three of his four seasons in Philadelphia.
So when he said this yesterday, now a member of the New Orleans Saints, Eagles fans were very confused.

August 17, 2020 "It's definitely a different type of environment, a different culture," Bradham said of New Orleans. "The last two organizations I went to weren't really winning organizations. So when you come to a place that is known for winning and known for being in the post-season, you see the different type of culture that they have and the expectations that they have naturally and what they expect out of you as a player."
Bradham clarified his comment on Tuesday via Twitter.

August 18, 2020 Saints reporter Katherine Terrell noted that the Saints posted the transcript a little differently, as well.
The Saints posted the transcript like this, although he did not say the part in parentheses: "Its definitely a different type of environment, a different culture. Because the last two organizations I went to weren't really winning organizations (when I first arrived at them)." --♀️

August 17, 2020 In Bradham's defense, right before he arrived in Philly, the Eagles struggled in 2016 and 2015 and hadn't won a playoff game at the time since 2008.
But in terms of the recent history of the franchise, from 2000 to 2014 the Eagles made the playoffs 10 times and were the NFC's most successful franchise under Andy Reid, albeit falling short of winning a Super Bowl under Reid.
Nevertheless, Bradham and former Eagle Malcolm Jenkins are now a part of the Saints' defense, who happens to come to the Linc to face the Eagles on December 13th, 2020.
