It looks like it will be Cooper Rush under center for the Dallas Cowboys next Sunday night at the Linc, as Dak Prescott will "need to make significant strides" to play, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.
Prescott underwent surgery on his broken right thumb on September 12th and was given a four to six week timetable. Prescott has continued to push himself with the hopes of playing in the huge Week 6 divisional showdown against the Eagles.
Rush, 28, and the Cowboys have done an excellent job with Prescott out, winning all three of their games to improve to 3-1.
The Cowboys face the Rams today in Los Angeles (4:25pm), while the Eagles play the Cardinals in Arizona (4:25pm).
