We're always curious to get the thoughts of Hall Of Fame analyst Ray Didinger and on Wednesday's 94WIP Midday Show, The Godfather put his stamp of approval on current Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Brian Daboll.

"The two that jump out to me and my number one is Brian Daboll," Didinger told Joe DeCamara and Jon Ritchie on SportsRadio 94WIP. "I've really enjoyed watching Buffalo this year, they're just a fun team to watch and a lot of it because of the stuff he's brought to the offense. If you watch that Bills team, there's always people open. Whenever Josh Allen—and listen, he's had a great year. Whenever he's throwing the ball somebody is out five yards in the open and a lot of that is the design of the offense, how much he changes each week, how much new stuff he brings in. And how good he is—and I think this is the key to any good coach—is building the offense around the strengths of the players and not trying to fit them into your idea of what the offense should be. Examining each player, finding out what his strengths are, and then building the offense around what they do well."

Didinger's second choice? Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Biemeny. But maybe more interestingly, is Didinger believes fan favorite and Eagles assistant head coach Duce Staley deserves a serious look.

"Well, Eric Biemeny," Didinger said of his second choice for Eagles head coach. "And I think it gives you maybe a little bit of an inside track because of the Andy Reid connection. Look, I'm going to throw the obvious one out there and I really hope this is true. I really hope that Duce Staley is a serious candidate. I really do hope that this isn't just a courtesy visit that they're going to make with him.

"I can't think of anybody in that building that commands more respect than Duce Staley does. And I mean with everybody. I mean with the players, with the other coaches, just the people that work in the building. Everybody likes Duce and everybody really respects Duce."
