Eagles running back Miles Sanders left Sunday's game against the Raiders in the first quarter after suffering an ankle injury.
The Eagles have listed Sanders questionable to return. 94WIP's Eliot Shorr-Parks reports Sanders was carted to the locker room.

Sanders, 24, was off to an excellent start against the Raiders with 30 rushing yards on six carries to start the game.
Earlier this week, Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni admitted he had to do a better job of getting Sanders the ball.
"There's no doubt we have to get Miles the ball more, we have to more balance, pass and run, so I get their frustration and like I said, we're doing everything we can to fix that," Sirianni told Angelo Cataldi and the 94WIP Morning Show on Monday, four days after the team's home loss on Thursday night against the Bucs.
