Steph rocks 'Ayesha Curry CAN Cook' T-shirt after Game 5

Steph Curry made sure to unzip his jacket so everyone could see the message plastered across his chest: Ayesha Curry CAN Cook.

The Warriors superstar showed some love and support for his wife on Monday night while addressing the media following his team’s 104-94 win against the Boston Celtics in Game 5 of the NBA Finals.

Even though Curry struggled to find his shooting stroke en route to 16 points, his lowest total of the Finals, he had to send a message back to Boston, even if it was after 1 a.m. ET. Now they’ll have a nice message to wake up to Tuesday morning.

Last week, when the team was in Beantown for Game 3 and Game 4 of the series, a restaurant used a chalk sign to make fun of the Currys. One side of the sign said “Ayesha Curry Can’t Cook” while the other side said Duece (sic) Tatum > Riley Curry.

Obviously, Steph saw the picture. It seems nothing on social media gets past him.

Steph has earned the nickname “Chef Curry” over the years for the way he cooks opponents, but Ayesha has been delving into the food world as part of her multifaceted career. In 2015, Ayesha started her own olive oil company before starting the Sweet July homegoods retail outpost. She also has authored at least three cookbooks and teamed with celebrity chef Michael Mina to open up steakhouses called International Smoke with locations in San Francisco and Las Vegas.

Apparently that Boston restaurant isn’t a fan of the cuisine, but they probably weren’t a fan of Monday night’s result, either. Despite Curry going 0-for-9 from 3-point land to end his NBA record 233-game streak of hitting a trifecta, the Celtics couldn’t take advantage.

Steph (and everyone on the Dubs for that matter) are sure to hear a bunch of heckles from the rabid and raucous Celtics fans in Game 6 with their team’s season on the line. Not that Steph is gonna be scared after his epic 43-point performance had fans chanting "M-V-P!" in Boston during Game 4.
