SAN FRANCISCO (95.7 The GAME) - The Golden State Warriors have selected Moses Moody with the 14th overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft on Thursday night.
Moody, a 6'6" freshman point guard from the University of Arkansas, averaged 16.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 1.6 assists, while shooting 42.7 percent overall and 35.8 percent from deep last season.
The 19-year-old worked out for the Warriors on July 15 and spoke about how he would fit with the organization.
"I would love to play for the Warriors -- somewhere that I can really develop," he said, via Anthony Slater of The Athletic. "You're learning how to play basketball at the highest level and the best way.
"I like to run the floor, space the floor, knock down shots."
