Lizzo wrapped up the North American portion of her Special Tour last night at Hartford's XL Center. Sitting in the audience was 96.5 TIC listener, Isis Chen of Plymouth, CT. She and Christine Lee were DM'ing each other during the concert as Christine was loading videos into the @ChristineAndSalt Instagram feed.
