A man was fatally shot in the head around 10 AM on Monday in downtown St. Louis at the 700 black of North Tucker Boulevard. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the incident.
According to KSDK, a preliminary investigation has found the victim was involved in a fight with another man at the nearby Shell gas station prior to the shooting.
KMOV reports that a 23-year-old suspect has been taken into custody.
