A high-speed police chase in north Minneapolis this morning ended when the car being pursued went off an overpass.
It started around 7 this morning when a state trooper was attempting a traffic stop on a Kia automobile on Interstate 94 near Broadway. The driver exited at Dowling before returning to the freeway where they eventually lost control and crashed from the overpass to the grassy berm below.
Two juveniles tried to flee but were apprehended and said to have just minor injuries.
