Police in Arkansas are responding to reports of an active shooter at a hospital located in the suburbs of Little Rock on Wednesday, according to authorities.
The Sherwood Police Department confirmed that they were responding to an active shooter situation at St. Vincent Hospital.
The hospital reportedly went on lockdown at 11 a.m. after there was a reported shooting on the fourth floor of the hospital, WYXZ reported.
There have not been any updates on the shooter, whether the situation is under control, or if there have been any injuries or fatalities.
