After the passage of things such as Missouri Amendment 3 this election cycle and "Clean Missouri" a few years ago, Rowden says he would like to raise the threshold of what it takes to get into the Missouri Constitution.
Rowden says he is also focused on family initiatives such as reducing the cost of adoption and school choice.
