Schmitt explains what happens if Roe v. Wade is overturned

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt says that the leaking of a SCOTUS draft of a ruling that would end Roe v. Wade is an attempt to intimidate the Court and create a political firestorm. Schmitt stressed that this is a leak of a draft of a ruling and that it is not final until a ruling is issued.

"The law, process, and procedure do not matter to the Left. All that matters is outcomes," said Schmitt.

He went on to explain that should Roe v. Wade be overturned the decision would return to the states. Schmitt said that Missouri has 3 triggers that would activate pro-life legislation should Roe be overturned. One of which is the Attorney General issuing an opinion that Roe had been overturned. Schmitt has already issued a statement committing to do just that. You can listen to the full interview here, or in the audio above.
