Walker says that love and compassion are paramount

President of Young Americans Foundation and former Governor of Wisconsin, Scott Walker, shared his thoughts on the leak of the SCOTUS ruling that appears to overturn Roe v. Wade. Walker described the leak as unconscionable. However, he was not surprised that the draft was leaked.

"If it wasn't for double standards, they would have no standards at all," said Walker.

The former Governor says that the left ultimately wants to avoid what the question of abortion is all about, namely protecting children. He pointed out that even though this is a hot-button issue, these conversations must be had with love and compassion. Walker believes that the pro-life side is winning over the culture. He pointed to Governor Northam's comments about supporting abortion after the birth of the child as a watershed moment. Young Americans Foundation saw a large influx of young people who saw those comments as wrong. To hear his full thoughts on this and more, listen to the podcast or the audio above.
