As animal lovers, we want to see every pet get the proper care and attention they deserve. So, we teamed up with Dallas Animal Services to promote an adoptable dog each week. We'll spotlight our furry friend with photos, videos, and information about each one. Please spread the word so we can help find these four-legged family members fur-ever homes.

If you can't adopt, please consider fostering or donating to Dallas Animal Shelter. With over tens of thousands of pets entering their facility each year, they need all the help they can get. There are wish lists for necessary shelter items here.
This week's very good boy is Bobby. He's a 5-year-old Boxer mix with plenty of energy so he would make an ideal running partner! He likes to play rough with his doggie buddies so he does well in a rowdy playgroup. He would also be ideal in a single-pet home. He does know how to sit and behave when told to do so, though. Bobby # A1087965
Social butterfly Bobby was surrendered to DAS a few weeks before Christmas 2021 so he’s now been at the shelter for nearly seven months! Dallas Animal Services is at capacity and adoptions are free. Bobby is neutered, current on all vaccinations, microchipped, and his new fur-ever home will receive vouchers for pet food, pet training and vet care.
Dallas Animal Services is open 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. weekdays (late open on Wednesdays at 1 p.m.) and 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. on weekends at 1818 North Westmoreland Road.

Schedule a visit to meet this precious pup, and find out more about the adoption process here. Thanks for spreading the word and saving a life!
