Most were convinced that she murdered him, ground him up, and fed him to some tigers.  Well, that theory has been disproven in a big way.

In fact, Don Lewis, who was reported legally dead in 2002 after going missing a few years prior,  was found alive and well, living in Costa Rica over a YEAR ago.

Not even Baskin herself knew he was alive!

Baskin told the New York Post in an email, “They (the Department of Homeland Security) said my husband, Don Lewis, is alive and well in Costa Rica, and yet all of this drama has been made about me having something to do with his disappearance, when Homeland Security has known where he is.”

Lewis has yet to make any public comments refuting his widely circulated death rumors.

Baskin continued saying, “I don’t know how it is that Homeland Security says he’s alive and well in Costa Rica but I’m glad to hear it.

“I didn’t think he was capable of supporting himself. He took about a million dollars down to Costa Rica, I had agreed to let him do that so he could prove to himself that he could make a living.”
