43-year-old Crystal Ball is trying to sell one of her properties in Panama City Beach, Florida.
In the real estate listing, she cites the home having three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a patio, pool, hot tub, and one Richard.
Now the Richard is Richard Chaillou, Ball’s ex-husband and the couple recently split after seven years together. However, the pair remain on good terms, continue to co-parent sons, and share several businesses together even after separating.
Ball has listed the property for $699,000, but says that price is negotiable and could be reduced if Chaillou is allowed to stay! Ball even claims that if he is allowed to stay, Chaillou will help cook, clean and manage repairs throughout as part of his role as a live-in handyman.
Ball even had Chaillou suggestively pose around the house with a stuffed white tiger, playfully showing off his flexed muscles and coyly leaning against a door frame with his pinky to his lip!
Unfortunately, according to the New York Post the listing has been removed several times as listing agents have told Ball it’s against the rules, but she claims that it is common practice in the state for homes to be sold with tenants included with investment properties.
At the end of the day though, Ball says the responses have been positive and humorous.
“Hopefully someone sees the funny side in it and takes both the house and Richard off my hands sooner rather than later!”
