A 30-year-old man named Michael Lloyd admitted to police that he robbed a bank earlier this year in Missouri.  The police pretty much had him dead to rights, so Lloyd really had no choice but to confess.

You see, when Lloyd robber the Bank of America, he slipped a handwritten note to the teller demanding cash and threatening violence, that he wrote on the back of his BIRTH CERTIFICATE!

Not only that, at the time of the robbery Lloyd was wearing an ankle monitor from a previous offense!

You know, stupid criminals really make the world go round.

Lloyd also has a tattoo of “F***” on his neck.  Super easy to identify.

According to Law & Crime, Lloyd told police that he'd gotten in a fight with his lover Ashely, and had robbed the bank to "prove a point."

He's facing a maximum sentence of up to 20 years in prison, and a $250,000 fine.
