She’s the Queen of Christmas, but Mariah Carey won’t hold that title at one Texas bar.
A photo shared on Twitter by columnist Kyle Smith shows a sign that’s posted at an unnamed bar in Dallas that specifically prohibits the playing of “All I Want for Christmas Is You.”

"Mariah Carey's 'All I Want for Christmas Is You' will be skipped if played before December 1,” the sign reads. “After December 1 the song is only allowed one time a night."
His photo promptly went viral and sparked outrage amongst Mariah’s supporters and Christmas enthusiasts.
Mariah eventually weighed in on the topic after a fan asked if this “is the war on Christmas I’ve heard about?”
Her response didn’t have any words. Let’s be honest, it didn’t need to. Instead, she left us with this image.
The still comes from a commercial Mariah filmed for the 2015 video game Game of War and does more talking than any words would do.
Her 1994 smash hit has pretty much become the official unofficial song of Christmas at this point as it has charted every single year since its release.
