Celebrations were in order after the Giants beat the Redskins on Sunday.
The 41-35 overtime win was New York’s second in a row, which brings the team’s record on the season up to 4-11. Daniel Jones was the star of the day, as he threw five touchdowns without committing a turnover.
Upon their return to New Jersey that night, Jones and some Giants went out in Hoboken for a drink after the victory. There are videos all over social media of Jones, Eli Manning and a couple other players at a bar, with the crew even taking part in a game of flip cup.
It looks like Jones loses the game, which then gets him a bit of shtick from his teammates. It’s pretty funny to see Manning, who is 38 years old, playing drinking games with the younger players just like he’s back in school at Ole Miss again.
Despite a frustrating season, the Giants have still found ways to have fun at the end of this campaign. There seems to be a good feeling around the team at the moment, even after the poor start to the campaign.
They’ll go for three wins in a row against the Philadelphia Eagles this coming weekend.
