KSEG – AEROMYTH TICKETS On-Air Contest - Material Terms

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

For the Aeromyth Tickets on-air contest, listen to the station weekdays from 6:00AM PT on Monday, March 2, 2026 through 10:00AM PT on Friday, March 6, 2026 for the cue to call. Caller number nine (9) at 916-909-0969 after the cue to call will have the chance to guess the song title and artist name played by the on-air talent. If the caller answers incorrectly, the on-air talent will move on to the next caller. This process will repeat until a caller correctly answers the question. If the caller answers correctly, they will, upon verification of eligibility, receive Two (2) tickets to Aeromyth “The Ultimate Aerosmith Experience” at Hard Rock Live on Saturday, March 14, 2026, valued at $100.00 and courtesy of Live Nation. There will be up to Five (5) winners in this contest. Any one (1) individual may only be a verified Winner and receive one (1) prize one (1) time in this Contest.

Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and a legal permanent resident of the state of California during the duration of this contest. If the winner does not complete all necessary information required for fulfillment, the prize will be forfeited thirty (30) days after receiving the verification email. All winner fulfillment paperwork must be completed during business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), from 9:00AM to 5:30PM PT and/or at least twenty four (24) hours prior to the event date in order for the prize to be distributed.

THIRD-PARTY MOBILE TICKETING STATEMENT

Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires the winner(s) to (i) have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) log into an existing user account or sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address. THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST CANNOT BE REDEEMED OR USED BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN THE DESIGNATED THIRD-PARTY MOBILE TICKETING APP FOR THIS PRIZE. Individuals who do not have a valid email address, access to an app-enabled mobile device, and/or do not comply with the foregoing requirements will not be able to redeem or use the prize(s) in this contest, will not receive a substitute prize, and should not enter this contest.

COVID STATEMENT

The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety, and related requirements imposed or required by, if applicable, the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities, or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors, including but not limited to event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency and those subject to government-mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible for replacing or reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to refusal to comply with applicable COVID-19 requirements or cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize be provided.
