A new, members-only club is set to debut in downtown Dallas next month. The drinks must just taste sweeter when a membership is involved.
Hampton House, an invitation-only members club is set to open October 1 at 1520 Main St.
It will be located under the Hampton Social Dallas a restaurant from Chicago-based Parker Hospitality which opened in March 2025.
Per CultureMap Dallas, Hampton House is more than just a private club.
"It is an experiment in curation, chemistry, and culture,” and is “meant to serve as a retreat and a stage for ambitious influentials to connect, indulge, and revel late into the night.”
Parker Hospitality founder and CEO Brad Parker said in a statement, “Hampton House is the darker, sexier alter ego of The Hampton Social.
"Upstairs is bright coastal ease while the downstairs is something altogether different — seductive, discreet, and alive with possibility. Hampton House is not just a business; it is an experiment in curating the perfect membership and staying true to our philosophy: work hard, play hard. It is about building a culture, not just a club.”
Members will be chosen through a “selective, invitation-only.”
Expected candidates “can be those who succeed at the highest levels and who also embrace the art of celebration, the freedom of indulgence, and the value of privacy.”
Resident members must live within 150 miles of the Hampton House Dallas, and costs include $2,400 for initiation fee, $1,200 in annual dues, plus a $25 application fee.
Non-resident members must live outside 150 miles of the Hampton House Dallas. Costs include a $1,500 initiation fee, $600 in annual dues, and a $25 application fee.
