Police are conducting an investigation after dozens of looters swarmed a Walnut Creek Nordstrom late Saturday, drawing a worrying parallel to the mass looting in San Francisco on Friday.

In a charged moment, approximately 80 individuals stormed the luxury department store, terrorizing shoppers and ransacking shelves. Video shot at the scene shows the looters streaming out of the store carrying armfuls of bags and boxes before jumping into cars waiting on the street.
