A Richmond woman has been arrested after her boyfriend was found lying in the middle of a Pinole street with life-threatening injuries in September.
Following an extensive investigation, police arrested Denishia Griffin, 26, for attempted homicide, assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence on Nov. 13.

A 56-year-old man was discovered suffering from critical injuries in the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Dr. on Sept. 26. He was rushed to a local hospital where he has remained ever since, recovering from the incident.
In late October, the man told police that Griffin was his girlfriend and that she had allegedly run him over after an argument and threatened to kill him.
Police obtained a warrant and arrested Griffin at Gables Motel in the 800 block of San Pablo Ave. It was discovered that the suspect also had three separate charges from a previous case involving assault with a deadly weapon, vandalism and a hit-and-run.
Police said the victim's injuries may involve paralysis.
