Three Bay Area counties are suspending vaccine supply to a San Francisco-based medical concierge group after it allegedly let people cut in line.

One Medical is a membership based healthcare service where people pay an annual membership fee of $199 for no wait doctor’s appointments and round the clock virtual care.

It was one of the early providers of vaccines, but the San Francisco Chronicle reports that San Mateo County officials cut ties with the group earlier this month after One Medical vaccinated about 70 ineligible people.

Alameda County suspended supplies in late January after it found the company said it planned to vaccinated more than the health care workers approved at the time. San Francisco officials are also halting the company’s supply and even asking them to return over 1,600 doses of the vaccines.

One Medical is facing allegations that it gave shots to friends and family of executives and ineligible patients.

The state of Washington is also pulling its vaccine supplies from One Medical.

The company says it never knowingly gave shots to anyone ineligible and there may have been initial confusion over early guidelines.
