
A man died on Wednesday night after losing control of his motorcycle in San Jose.
On July 14, at approximately 10:50 p.m., officers from the San Jose Police Department responded to the intersection of Foxworthy Ave. and Rubino Dr. after receiving calls of a traffic collision involving a motorcycle.
Officers reported that the motorcyclist had been riding late at night when he lost control and collided with a tree in the center median. He was transported to a local hospital, but later succumbed to his injuries.
This is San Jose's 28th fatal traffic incident and 29th victim of 2021.
The motorcyclist's identity has not yet been released.
