Oakland police seek help finding teen missing over 3 weeks

SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS RADIO) – Police are asking for the public's help to find a missing teenager last seen in Oakland over three weeks ago.

Lizy Martinez-Estrada, 14, has not been seen since Aug. 8 near the 2700 block of 77th Ave. around 3:30 p.m., according to authorities. She was only recently reported missing to police.

Estrada is described as 5-foot-4, 120 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and a light complexion. Prior to her disappearance, she was wearing a blue sweater and ripped jeans.

She is considered at-risk due to her age.
