The Oakland Police Department is asking for the public's help to find a man deemed at risk who has been missing for almost a month.

Jabari Anderson, 46, was last seen on Dec. 22 in the 3600 block of Park Ridge Dr. in Richmond, police said.

He is described as a 5'9" bald man, weighing 170 pounds, with brown eyes.

Police said Anderson suffers from mental health challenges.
