You could be President Joe Biden’s neighbor for $2.39 million.
A property next to Joe and Jill Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware home was listed Monday, according to Realtor.com.
The French house for sale next door is 25% bigger, including two extra bedrooms and an extra bathroom. It’s 8,700 square feet with five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.

The home could be more appealing because of its presidential neighbor or potentially less appealing to some buyers. Security around the area will be extra tight when Biden is in town.
“I’ve spoken to neighbors, and the only issue with that is there are occasionally unannounced transits where they shut down everything and you can’t leave the property, so I can see that being somewhat of an encumbrance,” real estate broker Michael Kelczewski told the New York Post. “But I think [the proximity to President Biden] is a selling point.”
