
SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS RADIO) – Flooding, record-setting snowfall — California weather has run the gamut since late last year, and much of that is down to atmospheric river storms.

The state was hit by 31 atmospheric rivers in just a handful of months, causing widespread damage.
