After three months with a cough that just won't go away, Dana says she might finally be headed for some relief.
But if the issue is what she now thinks it could be... a cure might mean NO TALKING for a WEEK!
She shared that she's getting a scope done to determine if there's damage to her vocal cords. And surgery is a possible outcome... which could leave her using a text-to-talk app so she CAN BE HEARD while she recovers.
"If you have a polyp on your vocal cords, the surgery will clear it up, you won't be coughing anymore. But it's not just great for you. This will be the precursor to the greatest week of Kris Ketz's life because you will be under strict doctor's orders not to talk for one week," said Parks, who had a similar operation in 2007.
