BLUE BELL, PA (KMOX) - While online crimes have increased, a new report suggest Americans aren't as focused on their cybersecurity in 2020.

The survey by business technology firm Unisys was conducted during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Several years ago, internet security was top of mind for respondents of the Unisys poll. This year it dropped to the bottom of security priorities. Less than half of people surveyed said they were seriously concerned about being scammed. 41 percent said they were worried about data breaches while working remotely.

Instead, Americans polled said national security and personal safety were more important.
