Cameron Creamer, 29, of Danville, Illinois has been charged with first-degree domestic assault and kidnapping, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Police say the body of his girlfriend was found in an alley in the 1500 block of South Theresa, just west of downtown St. Louis on June 30. She survived the fall, but was found naked and unable to move. She had suffered a broken neck, crushed spine and several lacerations to her organs, according to the charges.

She told police her boyfriend pushed her from the Holiday Inn, stuffed her in the car and drove her to the alley, which was about three miles away from the hotel at 5915 Wilson Avenue. Police were able to confirm Creamer and her stayed at the hotel through hotel receipts and video from an elevator.

The charged say it started when they were arguing and she walked out to the balcony. Then Creamer allegedly pushed her from behind and sent her to the ground.

Creamer's criminal history includes robbery, domestic assault by strangulation, violating a protection order and theft convictions in Illinois.
