
ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A second suspect has been arrested for the Jan. 24 shooting deaths of a father and 7-year-old daughter as they sat in his vehicle in the Central West End.
Andre Anderson was charged this week for two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of armed criminal action. This follows the April arrest of Javonn Nettles, who faces the same charges.

The Circuit Attorney's Office has not elaborated on what involvement the two men had in the deaths.
Darrion Rankin-Fleming was in his vehicle on Laclede Avenue with his daughter, Dmyah Fleming when they were both killed by gunfire. The shooting sparked outrage in the community that the pair who had just gone to see a movie and were killed in cold blood for no apparent reason.
A motive for the murders has not been indicated by the Circuit Attorney.
