St. Louis man killed in quadruple shooting outside strip club

BROOKLYN, Ill. (KMOX) - A St. Louis man is dead and three others were injured in a shooting that took place early Sunday morning outside a strip club near East St. Louis.

Police say the shooting happened around 3 a.m. in the parking lot across the street from the Dawg Pound Strip Club in Brooklyn, Illinois. It used to be known as Roxy's Nightclub.

The man killed was 28 years old and the three injured men were taken to a hospital with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening, police say. No other details of the shooting were released.

The names of the victim have not been released yet. No arrests have been made.

Police ask that anyone who may have witnessed the shooting or has any knowledge of the incident to contact CrimeStoppers at 314-725-TIPS. Witnesses can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
