WASHINGTON (KMOX) - The first-year congresswoman from St. Louis says she is moving her office "for my team's safety" due to another congresswoman that she says "berated" her in a hallway.

Rep. Cori Bush says Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene "targeted me & others on social media" and then she and "her staff berated me in a hallway." Greene replied to the accusations on Twitter:

"Rep. Cori Busch is the leader of the St. Louis Black Lives Matter terrorist mob who trespassed into a gated neighborhood to threaten the lives of the McCloskey’s.
She is lying to you. She berated me," Greene stated.

The congresswomen have been on polar opposite sides of the political spectrum, with Bush strongly supporting the impeachment of former President Donald Trump. While Greene filed articles of impeachment against President Joe Biden, just one day after his inauguration.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is calling out House Republican leaders for not rebuking Greene for her support of Q-Anon conspiracy theories and social media posts including liking a post that suggested shooting Pelosi in the head.

You can read the full comments from both congresswomen on Twitter, below:

Bush released a full statement on the conflict, saying Greene was maskless and "ranting loudly" into her phone, so she "repeatedly called out to her to put on a mask." Bush says some of her colleagues who were in a room with Greene during the U.S. Capitol riot on Jan. 6 had tested positive for COVID-19.
