Yankees slugger Aaron Judge is in Arlington, setting up for a season-ending four-game series with the Rangers.
Judge had no home runs over the weekend so he is sitting at 61 for the season, leaving him tied with former Yankee great Roger Maris for the American League single-season record. That means Rangers fans may witness history this week.
Judge will face Rangers ace Martin Perez on Monday in a 6:05 p.m. start at Globe Life Field.
One oddity about this series is this -- it was supposed to be played as the Rangers home opening series in April. But those games were washed out by the MLB players lock-out, so schedule-makers moved it to the very end of the season.
