DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - After a whirlwind of a game that saw the Cowboys come out with a 35-29 overtime win on Sunday in Foxborough, attention immediately shifted to the health of quarterback Dak Prescott.
Prescott injured his calf on the game-winning 35-yard touchdown strike to CeeDee Lamb and was seen wearing a walking boot after the game.

In his postgame media availability, the Cowboys' quarterback arrived wearing a boot on his right calf, but said, 'I'll be fine."
The team planned to conduct an MRI on the injury when they returned to their facility at The Star, which Stephen Jones said had already occurred when he visited with the K&C Masterpiece on Monday afternoon.

"We're optimistic that we're going to get good results there. Certainly, we'll have to see how that comes out, and we'll be getting those shortly," Jones said on 105.3 The Fan. "We're thinking positive and hopefully he'll be ready to go vs. Minnesota."
The injury couldn't have come at a better time for the Cowboys, as they are entering their bye week and won't play again until they hit the road for a Halloween night matchup against the Vikings.
