Employees seem to be happier and more satisfied in their work lives since the Great Resignation

Unemployment has dropped back under 4% in Texas and around the rest of the country, as more people are finding jobs.

For those people that have jobs, they seem to be happier and more satisfied in their work lives. One reason seems to be the "Great Resignation". People left their old companies to find greener pastures at other companies, and it may have worked.

The new study from The Conference Board says job satisfaction hasn't been this high in the last 35 years. More than 62% of people say they're in a good place.
